Things you can do at home:

• Show your kindergarten child how to write his/her first and last name

• Assist him/her in drawing a person with most body parts

• Tell them your "real" names

• Teach your child their phone number, address and birthday

• Practice tying shoes, buttoning and zippering

• Train your child to open his/her own snack and drink

• READ TO THEM EVERY NIGHT POSSIBLE!
